Secret Chippy and Opportunity Dash

A hidden arcade game for the curious.

The homepage and footer hint that “a little bird left something behind.” Three taps on Chippy claim a numbered finder rank (the first 100 earn a profile badge) and unlock Chippy’s Opportunity Dash, a full-screen canvas game.

How it flows.

Notice the clue: hovering the homepage Chippy whispers “Psst… Chippy knows a shortcut.”
On the Meet Chippy page, three gentle taps: “Chippy noticed you.” “One more…” “Chippy’s taking flight…”
A finder ceremony reveals your rank, and the first 100 get the “Chippy’s First 100” badge.
Play Opportunity Dash full screen. From then on, the footer clue becomes a shortcut back to the game.

A HUD chosen by experiment

Several HUD directions were compared in a modelled A/B test. The winner is a hybrid: a safe flight rail on phones and a corner sightline on larger screens, so Chippy stays trackable without covering the play.

Works before you sign up

Signed-out visitors keep their rank through a signed cookie, and it follows them into their account when they join.

Forgiving taps

If a claim fails, the count drops back to two, so a retry costs a single tap.
