Network onboarding

From an invite to a profile worth sharing, one saved step at a time.

The A Team is invite-only. The second version of onboarding takes a new member from an access code or a personal invite link to a finished profile and clear preferences, whether they want full-time work, contract, advisory roles, or just the network.

How it flows.

Arrive with a code, or with a personal link that shows who invited you.
Sign up with LinkedIn or email.
Start from a résumé upload, which prefills the profile, or enter it by hand.
Review the essentials: name, location and current role.
Say what you’re open to, including the advisory preferences added later, and opt in to Job Scout if you want it.

Leave and come back

Progress is saved on the server after every step, so a member can stop halfway and resume on any device.

Versioned flows

Accounts created before the new flow finish the old one; everyone new gets version 2. Nobody is dropped mid-journey.

Referral-powered joining

Invite links carry the inviter’s name and face, which reframes joining as being vouched for rather than signing up.
