The A Team Project

Interview Prep

A private brief on how you talk about yourself, built with Chippy.

A reusable workspace where a candidate works with Chippy on a “how I talk about myself” brief: a 30 to 60 second introduction, strengths, stories and direction. It draws only on the profile sections and referrals the candidate chooses, and Chippy only ever proposes changes. The candidate decides what goes in.

How it flows.

  1. Choose sources: opt in to profile categories (work, projects, education, skills, preferences) and individual referrals, or start from scratch. Nothing is preselected.
  2. Chat with Chippy one question at a time, skip, switch section, or ask for an early review.
  3. Watch the brief take shape in four sections that are visible from the start.
  4. Accept or dismiss each proposal. Replacements show the current and suggested wording side by side.
  5. Copy a section or the whole brief, or print it and save as PDF.

The small decisions.

Proposals, never rewrites

Changing a story’s format (Conversational, STAR, or Challenge/Action/Result) asks Chippy for a proposal. Your words are never rewritten in place.

Saving you can trust

Autosave on pause and on blur, with status that tells the truth: Saving, Saved, Couldn’t save, or a conflict with another open tab.

Private by design

One workspace per account, shown only to its owner (hidden even in “preview as visitor”), with per-user isolation tested at the database level.

Printable without a PDF service

A print stylesheet turns the brief into a clean page straight from the browser.
